friendly staff great job
i found the staff to be very friendly . moe from guest relations gave a warm welcome. reception staff, mibrak, caroline, and chaundi, were also friendly. housekeeping staff, especially hein, did a great job with the room service.

I felt welcomed by the staff. Moe showed true attentiveness during my time at the hotel. Reception workers Mibrak, Chanu, and Tanu offered helpful assistance. Breakfast options present varied tasty choices.
The phone in my room was not operational.

Excellent stay and central location!
central location friendly staff
I found the location very accessible. Its proximity to the metro was a plus. The staff was friendly and the room cleaning service was very nice and accommodating, his name was shahnawaz.
I noticed that the bathroom was a bit small. It was very squeezed and the toilet position felt awkward. The hotel might improve the bathroom conditions.
